Manalapan HS Students Shine at Mathematics Competition
Twenty-six students from Manalapan High School participated in the Joseph W. Andrushkiw Mathematics Competition at Seton Hall University on November 21, 2015. The competition asked students to complete a 90-minute exam covering topics in mathematics, which included algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, and calculus. Manalapan High School's top scorers were Bryan Gu, Rishi Bommasani, and Mark Chen, all sophomores, with Bryan Gu tying for 4th place in the individual score category. Manalapan High School placed 5th overall and was awarded a plaque of distinction.
